With temperatures in the 90’s the past few days, I understand the feeling! I recently discovered this book after a few of my other blogger friends posted their reviews, and I was able to win a signed copy that just arrived in the mail this week. I am anxious to read this one very soon!

I have shared the first line of J.D. Robb’s newest release Leverage in Death. But here I’ll share the first line of the last chapter of the book I am currently reading. This is from Laura J. Burns and Melinda Metz forthcoming book I Do Not Trust You.
“The sky darkened. The air, then the ground, vibrated with a sound so low it was almost inaudible, like the sound the individual Set pieces made, only amplified a hundred times over. That definitely sounds like an interesting book and one I would enjoy. As far as hot weather, man have we been challenged with the heat here in Michigan, but yesterday and today it is simply lovely.
