Wondering Wednesday is a new weekly post started by my wonderful blogging friend Jessica over at A Baker’s Perspective. The idea is to give readers a chance to get to know the blogger behind all of the book reviews and other blog posts. I think this is a great idea and I’m glad to be a part of the fun
Question: What are your favorite sports teams?
This is an easy question! That would be the Indianapolis Colts! I really don’t follow any other sports so these guys take the gold! 🙂
What about you? What are YOUR favorite teams?
Well, I seem to follow teams that do not have a record of winning. I love the Toronto Maple Leafs (hockey), room to Toronto Blue Jays (baseball) and the Detroit Lions (football). I don’t watch a lot of basketball, but if I do, I am cheering for the Toronto Raptors. As you can see, being Canadian, I do love my Canadian Teams.
Technically the local teams here are the Buffalo ones. They don’t win either 🤣🤣 Ive been a Colts fan since I was about 5 though. I can root for the Sabres because I’m not a big hockey fan but the games are fun but I can’t stoop to root for the Bills lol
I enjoy a good football game. I grew up watching the Packers and the 49ers. I played soccer for 16 yrs and loved British Premier Soccer. Man. U is my favorite team! And I basically lived at Dodgers stadium when I was young, so I’ll always have a soft spot for the Dodgers. 😀
Did you see the post the other day (I think it was on Tonight Shiloh’s page?) where a few of us started talking about a fantasy league for bookish peeps? It was too late for this year but I think next year we could really make that fun!
That sounds like fun. I didn’t see Toni’s post. But, I’ve been SUPER, INSANELY busy so I haven’t been online all that much for social media and book stuff.
I am on 4 fantasy leagues this year… one more than normal and it’s only because I am usually a part of 3 and conveniently they are on each of the 3 apps. I didn’t think they were going to do the league that’s on my favorite app so I joined a different one and then they still had it.
