This may come as a shock, but I don’t purchase a ton of books. If I bought all of the books I read I wouldn’t be able to fit in my house and I wouldn’t be able to afford to live in it haha (I’ve read 150 so far this year). I get what I can at the library, and “purchase” many free books off of Amazon. I shop the library book sales and Amazon e-book sales. Ollies is dangerous because the books are discounted and I want ALL OF THEM :P. Thankfully through blogging I’ve been blessed with many books for sharing reviews.
A few books I’ve purchased this year (may or may not have read yet) include:
There’s actually even more… so okay nevermind I take it all back… I buy a lot of books too!

I have so many books! But, I do like to limit myself. I go to the library, which forces me to read in a timely fashion. I get most of my books for reviews, so that’s saved me. And, I do love to shop Amazon bargains. I really only pay full price for authors whose books I just can’t live without. 😀
It’s not hoarding if it’s books! Don’t forget! Haha. Yes, reviewing has certainly saved me this year. It’s also made my READ list significantly longer for the year. When I moved into my town 2 years ago I quickly became friends with the librarian. Always make sure you’re friends with the librarian! LOL
I love Jane Eyre! She is one of my absolute favorites. I just purchased “The Everlasting Nora” on Audible
My most recent purchase would have been A Walker on the Cape by Mike Martin (mystery that takes place in the Grand Banks) and Becoming by Michelle Obama. I am like you Becca, I use the library a lot, but also have Kindle Unlimited so get a lot that way.
I’ve tried kindle unlimited before but if I spend money on a book I want to be able to keep it… I decided I’d rather give myself a shopping budget for the $10 than spending it on “renting” books.
