Wow I can’t believe my one year blogiversary has finally arrived! I can honestly say that I’ve had an amazing year and have learned a ton. One thing I’ve learned is that flexibility is key. I had no idea how my blog would grow and develop especially in the beginning stages, but I’m very blessed and excited for the directions it’s gone. I’m beyond thankful for all the support I’ve received from the blogging community and especially want to thank my friend Nicole at Christian Fiction Girl for her invaluable help in the beginning and throughout with developing my blog and getting plugged-in. I also want to give a shout-out to my other His Encouragement sisters (Trisha @ Joy of Reading Jacquelyn @ A Heavenly Home Jessica @ A Baker’s Perspective Gina @ Stories By Gina Rebecca @Rev. Rebecca Writes) who share a bit of encouragement from God’s word each week. I love reading different books, but I consider it vitally important to be calling attention to the most important book of all– The Bible.
Something exciting that’s happened in the last week or so, is that I have officially transferred my site to my own domain! Thankfully all of the original links will automatically update. The only change is that “.wordpress” has been removed from the address. So I am now simply thebeccafiles.com! Also, I have FINALLY created a logo that I am happy with! I don’t even want to admit how many duds I created that I simply wasn’t thrilled with, but I’m personally excited with what I finally came up with 🙂

It’s actually quite easy and you don’t have to be a “techy” to do it but you have to have a paid plan for it is the bigger deal.
