Memorable Monday #22

Happy Monday! The purpose of memorable Monday is to showcase a book that you’ve read in the past and share how/why it has stuck with you.

Somewhere to Belong is one of the first books that I recall reading with my old neighbor. Sometimes if one of us got a book from the library we really liked, we would share it first before returning it. This book was also my introduction to Judith Miller. I was intrigued by how the community thrived in their way of life. Some friends of mine and I have joked over the years about buying a large piece of property with several houses and we would all live like one big happy family. We even talk about the different jobs everyone would have. Obviously it’s not something that will really happen, but it makes stories with that type of living a bit more fun and interesting to read. Gotta love a little wishful thinking 😉

About the Book:
