First Line Friday – Pomegranate Lane

first-line-friday-4

Happy Friday!

The book I’m featuring this week is Pomegranate Lane by Donna Anuszczyk

Amazon | Goodreads

You’ve probably heard of Heidi Chiavaroli before right? But did you know that her mom recently released a book of her own? I’m a huge fan of Heidi’s writing, and I remember hearing that she’s used poetry of her mother’s in the past so when I saw this shared on social media I knew this was one I wanted to get my hands on. I haven’t read it yet, but I just received my copy in the mail so I’m really looking forward to it 🙂

About the Book:

When her father renders her silent, a teenage girl finds solace with the old man who lives at the end of Pomegranate Lane. Should she forgive something unforgivable? Should any of us? Or do we carry it as a dark shadow in our soul and retell the story in our minds, for a lifetime?

Pomegranate Lane was born out of intuition. It is for all teenage girls with passion in their soul and all women who were once those teenage girls.
