Wow I can’t even fathom how I would react if I was to hear those words myself! Grace in Strange Disguise is my next read and with that first line it already has my attention!
About the Book:
Physiotherapist Esther Macdonald is living the Australian dream, and it doesn’t surprise her.

Lovely cover, but oh my goodness, what a horrible opening line. So sad! I hope that this character finds grace, healing, and redemption in this book. Happy Friday!
Wow! That line grabs your heart right away! I’m currently reading Where the Fire Falls by Karen Barnett. Here are the first couple of lines from chapter 10…
“Clark strode into the Glacier Point Hotel. A burning sensation simmered in his gut, like his best campfire stew straight from the pot.”
That’s quite the start to a book.
