This week the book I’m featuring is:
“The sun hung high, pouring its heat down on the party making the temperatures warmer than normal for a September afternoon.”
So by the time you read this I will already be somewhere in the middle of this book. I happened to hit another week where I finished a book earlier in the evening so decided to start on another. So this one is now my current read. And already that line has me wishing it were truth for December haha. I am NOT a winter person. I don’t like the cold and especially not those little white demon dots that fall from the sky lol. While I’m reading the book now, I won’t be sharing my review until Dec 26 as part of a Celebrate Lit tour. So you’ll have to stop back then to see my full thoughts!
About the Book:
All the plans Tiffany and Brad made for their lives as individuals were thrown to the wind the moment they met. Now, after almost a decade of marriage, they spend more time apart than together. Though plans remain unfulfilled, their hearts seek to remain steadfast and connected.

I agree, I love snow on Christmas Day, besides that, I can do without the cold. I used to love it, but as I have gotten older, I head south after Christmas.
I posted my first line from Jacob’s Bell by John Snyder, on my blog. I am also reading Can You Hula Like Hilo Hattie by Tyler-Addison Colins for a blog tour. The couple of lines are: “Oopsy.” “That would be an understatement.” The three of us peered down at the slim, twisted, bloodied body of a previously pretty woman.
I have just started this one, so am not sure yet what I think.

It’s a difficult winter when you can’t enjoy it. Almost every time the snow begins falling, I have to smile. It’s just so much prettier than the ugly brown. Lol. Anyway…I love reading Christmas romances this time of year, so I’m featuring one on my blog today, but here I’ll share one of the books I’m currently reading, The Christian History Devotional by J. Stephen Lang. I’ll be slowly reading it for a long time. And I’m not reading it in the right order. Today I’m on April 10. “1820: We are so accustomed to the Salvation Army that we forget how radical it seemed when it first appeared.
