Considering that I’ve already finished reading 120 books out of a 125 goal for the year, I think it’s safe to say that coming up with a top 10 for even half of the year is no easy feat! 2019 has been a wonderful year so far for new releases. Almost all of the books in my list have been released this year. Click on the images if you’d like to view my full reviews 🙂

  1. Great list of books! I joined the cozy mystery challenge and I’ve already reached my goal. I also joined the Alphabet Soup Reading Challenge. I have U, X and Y to read. Happy Reading! 🙂

    • Way to go! 🙂 I didn’t really sign up for reading challenges this year because I knew that between book tours and launch teams and and my already super high review pile, fitting in the right slots would just be coincidental lol. I have tried to slow things down a bit too though so I can get the chance to catch up on some old TBR too.

  2. You are rocking the reading goals this year! You have several of my favorites on your list. It’s been a fabulous year for reading so far. The fall is looking promising as well. I set my goal at 75 and I believe I am around 48-50 at this point. I’m not always the best at keeping my Goodreads goal completely current. Happy Reading!

    • Sounds like you’re well on your way to your goal as well! I had a harder time keeping track of my goal on Goodreads last year but think I’ve gotten into a good routine now so that it doesn’t get missed. Happy reading! 😊

My goodness, you’re a fast reader! Way to go. This is an incredible line-up, and with this year’s offerings, I’m sure it was challenging to choose less than 20!

    • I’m a fast reader but for 4 of the 6 months I was able to listen to audiobooks while at work so it definitely helped boost my numbers. It helps that I don’t like TV too lol. My hubby watches TV in the evenings and I read books 🙂
