Happy Monday! The purpose of memorable Monday is to showcase a book that you’ve read in the past and share how/why it has stuck with you.
This week I’m featuring:

Being spoiled I just finished reading an early copy of Veiled in Smoke which is Jocelyn Green’s latest novel set to release in February of 2020. It reminded me of Between Two Shores by her as well because it was another one where the author found a piece of history not often written about and created a masterpiece. This is one that has stayed with me and fully earned it’s place on my favorite reads for the year. If you haven’t given it a read yet I highly recommend you do so!
If you want to see my full review you can see it HERE.
Now it’s your turn!
Share the name of a book you read in the past and why it was so memorable to you in the comments! I also invite you to click the link below to add your own Memorable Monday link as well as visit the other pages participating 🙂

I am an avid reader and love to share with others about any of my favorite new finds. I have been blogging since February 2018 and I absolutely love it. My favorite genre is historical fiction, however I've also recently fallen into love with the dual-timelines. I primarily read Christian Fiction and nonfiction. I love meeting and getting to know other readers and gushing over our never-ending, ever-growing TBR piles. The world is a better place because of books and bookish friends!

One of the first romance books I read as a young teen was “The Promise” by Danielle Steel. It’s a real, not true but real, love story and I believe they made it into a movie, I think. It still stands out in my mind as my most favorite book of my early years.
