Happy Monday! The purpose of memorable Monday is to showcase a book that you’ve read in the past and share how/why it has stuck with you.

This week I’m featuring:

The Shunning
By: Beverly Lewis

Amazon | Goodreads

I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly, The Shunning was the first Beverly Lewis Book I read. It’s the first in a trilogy and it was also turned into a movie a while ago. It’s one that I’ve actually read a few times. I know this is the book that really sparked my interest into Beverly’s writing. If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend it!

About the Book:
Book 1 in The Heritage of Lancaster County. Katie Lapp only knew the Amish ways, but when she discovers a satin infant gown in her parents’ attic, her hidden past devastates the community she has always called home.

  1. I haven’t read that book, but I think it might be considered classic Christian fiction. I know that it is a wildly popular book! I hope you have a great week! 🙂
